Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the next working day.

Shipping Methods (UK Only)
We currently ship within the United Kingdom using the following services:

  • Royal Mail Tracked48 (2–4 business days)

  • Royal Mail Tracked24 (1–2 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for your privacy. There is no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
