Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or removed from their sealed packaging.

Unopened Items
If your item remains fully sealed and unused, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, sealed packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lapetitemortshop.co.uk and include your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once products have been opened.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
